The staff here was super friendly and helpful. I got a free upgrade to a Junior Suite Balcony, it really surprised me. The gardens looked amazing. I reminded me of I was in a tropical paradise.
The shower head in my room was too low, I found it annoying. The buffet dinner had limited options and some food wasn't hot enough. There was too much smoking in areas where families were present.

Fantastic Stay Close to Everything!
convenient location lush garden helpful staff
I found the location very convenient. It is only a short walk to the beach. I also appreciated the lush gardens and large pool. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom could use some minor updates.

The breakfast buffet offered an abundant selection. I found something new to try each morning. I also loved the delicious cocktails at the bar, very refreshing after a day in the sun.

I noticed there is a huge pool with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The beautiful gardens created a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed walking through them. Pool towels are readily available, that was very convenient.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted you with a smile. The pool staff removed towels from unoccupied loungers promptly, preventing towel reservation. This ensured everyone had a chance to use the facilities.

I was in a beautiful room with a balcony. It was spacious and well kept. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. I enjoyed the room, it was quite adequate.

the pool area had many loungers. the breakfast options were diverse and plentiful. big rooms were comfortable, there was also really good fitness and a spa.
